With the options of a 12 inch (firm) and a 13 inch (medium), Dreamfoam Latex offers an about average mattress height. (The average mattress height being 8 to 12 inches.) The 10 inch mattress varies in weight starting at 40 pounds for a twin up to 100 pounds for a king. The 12 inch mattress starts at 55 pounds for a twin up to 120 pounds for a king. For the dimensions of each mattress size, please consult our information graphic here.

Dreamfoam Latex features a breathable, open cell foam structure that allows body heat to escape so that you can sleep cool. In fact, the Talalay latex foam layer offers 228 percent more airflow than other latex foams. The hybrid mattresses premium individually wrapped coils provides additional breathability and airflow.

Dreamfoam Latex uses only Talalay latex, known as “earth’s most perfect sleep material.” Talalay latex is sustainably sourced from the rubber tree and processed using renewable and natural ingredients.

This latex is certified 100 percent Oeko-Tex Class 1, inherently hypoallergenic, and offers a unique buoyant feel that relaxes muscles and relieves tension.

The Talalay latex foam used in Dreamfoam Latex’s construction comes in soft (19 ILD), medium (28 ILD), and firm (36 ILD).

This Talalay latex mattress is available in a soft, medium, and firm feel. The comfort layer of Talalay latex is eco-friendly, certified Oeko-Tex Class 1, and durable. Exceptionally responsive and offering advanced pressure point relief, the quilted top layer of reflex foam adds to the ultra-plush feel.

The upgraded 12 inch model comes with a zippered cover, allowing you to personalize your comfort and support.

The mattress’s base of individually wrapped steel coils offers deep compression support while also offering great edge support from a reinforced perimeter of tightly wound coils.

Dreamfoam Latex is engineered to support as much as 950 pounds—a standard feature for all DreamFoam mattresses. However, if you are looking for a mattress built for a plus size sleeper (or a plus size partner), please consider our Titan mattress, found here.

Any mattress foundation with slats no more than 3 inches apart will work well with any DreamFoam mattress. While a mattress foundation is not necessary, please be sure that the mattress rests on a surface with minimal to no flex.

None of the DreamFoam mattresses should ever be flipped since they are all designed with a supportive base and topped with select comfort layers. Instead, we encourage you to rotate your mattress every 6 to 8 months for optimal comfort and sustained longevity.

We are confident that we are providing you with the very best bedding available. If for any reason, you decide that your mattress does not fit your needs, we ask that you first try the mattress for 30 nights from the date of delivery to properly adjust to the new mattress.
